01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing the iCover platform, you formally enter into a legally binding agreement. These terms govern our forensic advocacy services.

Limitations

Claim approval remains at the sole discretion of the Insurer. iCover provides technical advocacy and cannot override policy exclusions.

03. Fees & Financials

Evaluation Fee: The ₹750 assessment charge is non-refundable, covering professional forensic analysis.

MOU Governance: Success-based professional fees are governed by the mutually signed Memorandum of Understanding.

04. Refunds

Given the professional nature of claim audits, evaluation fees are strictly non-refundable. Processing fee refunds are based on MOU milestones.

05. Limitation of Liability

iCover is not liable for third-party insurer insolvency or fraudulent document submission by the user.
