Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the iCover platform, users agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and enter into a legally binding agreement with iCover Policy & Claim Support Services Private Limited.

Scope of Services

iCover provides insurance claim support, forensic advocacy, claim documentation audit, ombudsman liaison, settlement coordination, and related assistance services. Claim approval and settlement decisions remain solely under the discretion of the respective insurance company and policy terms.

User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, genuine documents, valid contact details, and cooperate during claim verification and payment processing activities.

Fees & Financials

The ₹750 evaluation or assessment fee is non-refundable and covers professional claim analysis services. Success-based professional charges and additional processing fees will be governed as per the mutually signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

Payments & Gateway

All payments are processed through secure and authorized third-party payment gateway providers. We do not store complete debit/credit card or banking details on our servers. Users are responsible for providing valid payment information during transactions.

Refund Policy

Due to the professional nature of claim audits and advocacy services, evaluation fees are strictly non-refundable. Other refunds or processing fee adjustments will be reviewed based on service stages, MOU terms, and company policies.

iCover is not liable for claim rejection, insurer decisions, third-party insurer insolvency, payment gateway failures, technical interruptions, or losses caused by inaccurate information or fraudulent documents submitted by users.

Submission of forged, manipulated, or inauthentic documents will result in immediate termination of services and advocacy support without any refund.
